If the order has been executed incorrectly by us, such as sending a defective product or damaged packaging or a different product from that of your order, then you are entitled to replace the product at your own expense. Please check the status of the products upon receipt, as return or replacement is not accepted retrospectively due to the nature of the products.
If you wish to cancel your order, this can only be done if the order has not been shipped.
Due to the nature of the products, the request for withdrawal from the order, return or replacement is not accepted, if it has already been delivered to the consignee.
Finally, in case of product return, the refund of your money will be completed within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of the product, after deducting from the amount that will be deposited in your account the shipping and return costs of your order.
